Every Monday at Brading Town Hall from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. (Except Bank Holiday’s)
All of our classes are run with a friendly atmosphere with everyone wiling to help each other. A high level of respect and hard work is expected but lessons are still fun.
You can expect to progress at your own pace with no pressure to take gradings until you feel you are ready. Classes are varied and include traditional techniques, striking and kicking work on focus pads and kick shields, fitness, flexibility training, self defence, sparring and much more.
